We're Hiring | Guest Relations Officer
Crowne Plaza Amman

Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Is it also in your hands? We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
 Deliver a warm and personalized welcome to every guest.
 Handle guest feedback, inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
 Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
 Recognize opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create lasting impressions.
 Build strong relationships with guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
✔ Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
